This is a set of two (2) valve cover repair wire harnesses. These are very common to fail on the 7.3L Powerstrokes over time. This connector handles the power for both the glow plugs and injectors both of which are under the valve covers. These will have to be spliced in to you current wire harness but will save hundreds over buying a complete new engine harness, it is recommended that also replace the valve cover gasket / under valve cover harness. This kit will work on mid 1997 and up to 2003 7.3L Powerstrokes ONLY. If you have a 1997 model you need to check the number of electrical connectors you have per valve cover. If you have a single connector per side, this is the correct kit. If you have two connectors per valve cover this is not the kit for you. This kit includes two connectors with about 8 inches of wiring. |
